  1.                       CREAMY KEY LIME TART

  4.      Crust:

  6. 3 c. Almond Delight cereal, crushed to 1-1/2 c.
  7. 1/4 c. brown sugar
  8. 1/4 c. melted butter
  9.  
  10.      Filling:
  11.  
  12. 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  13. 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  14. 1/3 c. lime juice
  15. 1 t. grated lime peel
  16. 2 drops green food coloring
  17. 1 c. non-dairy whipped topping
  18.  
  19.           Mix crust ingredients.  Press onto bottom and sides or
  20. ungreased 9-inch pie plate.  Bake at 350 degrees for 8 or 9
  21. minutes.  Cool completely.  Beat cream cheese and milk.  Add
  22. juice slowly, and peel and coloring.  Fold in topping.  Pour onto
  23. cooled crust.  Chill at least 1 hour.  Makes 9 servings at 349
  24. calories each.
